Our team of event professionals are experienced in large scale events and can offer a range of activities from traditional team-building, to a fun school sports day or family fun day right through to a full-blown company festival.

The Corporate Festival
Holmbush is the perfect venue for a secluded corporate festival, enjoy street food style stalls or a rustic buffet in a forest surround.
Options for your event are pretty much left to your imagination, from tipis to a traditional pole tent with a sit down meal. Enjoy a stage with live bands, or simply plug in the I phones into our speakers and dance on the grass.
The site has a hard standing car park and easy access, only 10 minutes from Gatwick and perfect for events of almost any size.

Holmbush Estate enjoys the enviable position of being just 10 minutes from Gatwick Station with excellent transport links into central London and beyond.
For London based clients just hop on the Gatwick Express for the 30 minute journey to Gatwick. From there it is just 10 minute drive to the site. We can arrange buses and taxis from the station to ensure all your guests arrive safely.
There is also a hard-standing car park with space for up to 250 cars right next to the event space.

There are on site activities and we can do a school sports day for some team building fun. the perfect summer fun day.

We will supply fully stocked bars with a range of drinks (many locally sourced) with uniformed staff. Our own White Hart bar is a converted horse box which can be used as a speciality bar – perhaps your own company cocktail, pimms or a prosecco bar. We can provide cash bars, fully inclusive options or drinks tokens, the choice is yours.

We are a team of event professionals with over 30 years combined experience spanning large to small corporate events, festivals, outdoor catering, award ceremonies Gala dinners and so on. We hold Public Liability up to 10million and can provide all relevant health and safety documentation for your event including, PLI, PAT, RAMS, HACCAP, Food Hygiene Certificates, First Aid and Fire Marshalls. All our staff our uniformed and wear appropriate PPE when necessary. All staff are fully briefed and managed by the on-site event manager who will be your main point of contact. We take care of any required licencing for your event so you can sit back, relax and enjoy!
